Why work for us

At Towerview Care we believe our staff are at the very heart of our homes

We will ensure that your continued professional development continues throughout your employment to fulfil your aspirations and goals.

They say there’s no place like home. Towerview Care is a home from home not just for our ladies and gentlemen who reside here, but also for our staff. You will play a big part in the lives of those we support and we want you to feel safe, secure and happy in your job. We can offer you a choice of fixed or flexible shifts, competitive pay, pension and a bright, supported career route in care.

Our teams deliver exceptional care in a caring environment. There is a wide range of roles, including management, team leaders, care assistants, administration, housekeeping, maintenance as well as hospitality amongst others within our organisation and so there is something for everyone.

Qualifications

You do not necessarily need qualifications and experience of working in care – you can train during your career with us. If you are passionate and focused on providing high quality care, share our values and want to make a positive difference to the daily lives of the ladies and gentlemen we care for, then we want to hear from you.

Training

Your personal and professional development is important to us. Your continued professional development will carry on throughout your employment in order to fulfil your aspirations and goals. You will take part in a full induction programme with support from a mentor and develop your skills through our custom-made learning and development pathways and training programmes. These may include nursing qualifications, specialist care, or administration and leadership courses. Our supervision and appraisal system ensure that you are rewarded for your hard work and achievements, enabling you to gain awards and work towards salary progression.

Whether you are looking for a new career or a change of direction in care, you will have the opportunity to develop or attain qualifications. To see what kind of training we offer, please click here to see our training page.
