Our superhero family

An overview of our team and their roles

Why do we call our team ‘Superheroes’? Because every single day they work together to provide our ladies and gentlemen with the best professional care possible. We are incredibly proud of our highly motivated specialist multidisciplinary teams.

We believe that a thriving community is the foundation of a happy care home and our team is at the very heart of this ethos.

Who are our superheroes?

Our superheroes are care assistants, team leaders, registered managers, deputy managers, operations, and support function teams.

Each member of our friendly team possesses a high level of knowledge and expertise, which is continually enhanced by our training and development programs. These include training in dementia care, mental health and person-centred planning in line with current dementia-related research and guidelines. Every member of our team is committed to cultivating an atmosphere of trust and confidence. They encourage and enable our ladies and gentlemen to make this their home.

Management

The management of our homes is modern and professional. Our policy of openness and respect permeates through all of our actions. We encourage everyone who lives here and their loved ones to express their opinions, suggestions, compliments and complaints. We take all comments seriously and use this feedback to monitor and improve standards.

Our highly skilled dementia care team provides you or your loved one with support, guidance and practical solutions. The specialist dementia expertise and experience our staff offers enables you or your loved one to live more positively with dementia, mental health issues and associated behaviours.

How our homes are staffed

There is a skilled team of team leaders, care assistants and managers on duty 24 hours per day. With additional clinical support provided by a Clinical Psychology team, and an Occupational therapist.

We also have a highly skilled support function team which is made up of our Maintenance, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Administration teams.
